Saint Andro | Androgynous, Size-Inclusive Swimwear in the Midwest

Two years ago, our pals started a boutique swimwear brand Saint Andro. Let me tell you about 'em.

Saint Andro is focused on providing androgynous, gender-fluid styles for individuals who want to break free from exclusionary, gendered swim silhouettes currently dominating the market.

Saint Andro suits and garments are unisex. They have spent extensive time fit testing on various body types for a good fit for as many body types as possible.

They believe looking good starts with feeling good.

We agree.

After two years and so much work, they’re closing shop.

Goodbyes can symbolize a true knowing and a permission to move into something new. So we're proud of them for honoring that. Whatever is next for our friends and founders will be beautiful. What they created in Saint Andro has had an impact and been phenomenal to see right here in Michigan.

Truly beautiful products, ethos, and imagery. Click here to see all the swimwear (and vibes!)

CREATING VISUALS FOR AN IDEAL CLIENT, A ECO AND BODY CONSCIOUS MIDWEST BRAND

We are biased. You might recognize Leigh Ann Cobb, one of the co-founders of Saint Andro. She's a photographer on our little team! More on her below.

Behind our brand imagery and so many of our client photos is the talented Leigh. So naturally, when the time came to support her new endeavor, we stepped right in.

Not to mention, Leigh and Hannah basically created a dream client for Wondergold Pictures... have you read our values?! Of course, the ideal brand came from someone we already glommed onto.

The talented humans behind Saint Andro

While this brand might be closing shop, these creatives will continue on, and we recommend you keep tabs on what is next for them. Making art, digital, textile, whatever medium, is a trying task in this world. Creating while maintaining your values, ethics, and keeping it inclusive to different body types and needs... even harder. Leigh Ann and Hannah, you should be so proud.

About Hannah Yesmut

Hannah, is the Designer for all things Saint Andro. She is also the Founder and Designer of Pocket Design Lab (PDL).

PDL is her creative space for designing and constructing both real and digital garments that are androgynous in nature. To see what she's up to you give her a follow on IG @‌pocketdesignlab or her website.

About Leigh Ann Cobb

Our pal Leigh Ann is a freelance visual artist, creative director and photographer. Her main goal is to capture thoughtful & compelling images supporting the work of doers, creators and businesses. We obviously get along! Look at her work, it's gorgeous, impactful, and if you've been photographed or interacted with her, she does this with care.

Saying Goodbye

From the SA team:
Hey, it's been fun! Lately it’s been less fun, which is no reason alone to close up shop, but with compounding challenges keeping us from doing our best to show up here, there or anywhere, we’re ready for a reset.

Saint Andro was a leap of faith; catering to (and coming from) a largely-undeserved consumer perspective. A perspective that lives on a wide spectrum, queer and divergent. We’re super proud of what we’ve accomplished.

✔️Gender-Neutral

✔️Size-Inclusive

There is still time to grab some of the amazing swimwear or any of their merch (their t-shirts are the best quality.)

There's still plenty of time to enjoy the last suit you'll ever buy before it cools down in the Midwest. They'll close on August 31, 2025.
